Referral Coordinators: Jenna Stregowski, RVT & Debbie Caldwell, RVT

The GVS referral coordinators are available to assist referring veterinarians Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8pm. These are dedicated full-time positions designed to streamline the referral process. Both Jenna and Debbie have vast experience as a registered veterinary technicians, as well as thorough knowledge of GVS, as they have worked in  key clinical departments. Their attention to detail and customer service focus is exemplary.

The referral coordinators' primary duties include:

· Acting as a clinician-clinician liaison before, during and after the patient’s visit

· Processing upcoming referrals

· Collecting patient lab work and data

· Directing referrals and consultations to the appropriate service/clinician
